Do I have to pay sales tax? Is sales tax added to my order?
 
For domestic orders shipped inside the USA:

Professional Audio Solutions in located in the State of Kentucky, USA

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to locations within the State of Kentucky, or if picked up at our Franklin, KY store.
The current sales tax rate for Kentucky is 6%.

If you are shipping to an address within the state of Kentucky, and you are a tax exempt organization, or hold a valid resale certificate for Kentucky, please email or fax us your exemption certificate prior to ordering.

We do not collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of the state of Kentucky.

Many state governments require that you report your imported out of State purchases to your state department of revenue. Please consult your tax professional for advice on your use tax liability.


For International Orders
Shipped outside of the USA:

Pro Audio Solutions does not collect, quote, or estimate ANY import duties imposed by your government on International orders.
You as the end user are responsible for any and all duties imposed by your government.

These are a function of your government, please address any questions to the appropriate division of your government. We cannot effectively answer any questions regading the policies of your government.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
