The MQ4 is connected to 4 sources and 4 destinations of the matrix inside the DMX16/32/64.

Four digital stereo signals with different formats (S/P DIF or AES/EBU) and even with different sample rates can be routed to the MQ4 module to change format (CONSUMER / PROFESSIONAL) and sample rate. Sample rate conversion is clocked from the BNC clock input.
